7 to 10 yrs with "big four" engagement management and delivery experience, MBA, PMP
2 to 4 yrs supporting IT projects providing project controls (schedule, change, risk, cost, communications management) and business analysis support in the federal space
3 to 5 yrs experience in analyzing and documenting as-is and to-be business processes and workflows
3 to 5 yrs in ERP implementation in the areas of functional, business, technical analysis. Hands on experience with CGI Momentum is required.
5 to 7 yrs in organizational design, change management, human capital management. Change Management certification, Big-4 Experience desired
5 to 7 yrs as SAFe® Consultant and/or Agile Coach leading Agile transformation within federal government agencies, CSM, SPC, CSP, and/or ICP
